Chris Neuber is an accomplished Association Executive with over two decades of leadership experience spanning state, regional, and national organizations. Known for his strategic vision and collaborative approach, Chris has successfully led multiple associations, driving legislative advocacy, workforce development, and financial sustainability.

Prior to coming to Hinman Straub, Chris served as President and COO of the Eastern New York Coalition of Automotive Retailers (ENYCAR), were he spearheaded initiatives that strengthened member engagement, secured essential employer status during the COVID-19 pandemic, and built career pathways in partnership with educational institutions. His leadership ensured financial stability through crisis management, innovative non-dues revenue programs, and strategic partnerships with government and industry stakeholders.

Previously, Chris held executive roles with the Oregon Automobile Dealers Association and the Washington Area New Automobile Dealers Association, where he championed franchise protection laws, directed high-profile events like the Portland and Washington Auto Shows, and developed school-to-work programs that connected students to industry careers.

A graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Chris has completed specialized training in association marketing and has served on multiple advisory boards, including Hudson Valley Community College and the Empire State Society of Association Executives. His career reflects a deep commitment to workforce readiness, policy advocacy, and organizational excellence.
